Features:

Cause:

① The filling of alloy liquid in the pressure chamber is too low, which is easy to generate coil gas and the injection speed is too high; ② The mold is not exhausted; ③ The melt is not degassed and the melting temperature is too high; ④ The mold temperature is too high, the metal solidification time is not enough, and the strength is not enough, and the mold is opened prematurely to push out the casting, and the pressurized gas expands; ⑤ Too much mold release agent; ⑥ The inner gate is poorly and the filling direction is changed.

Processing method:

① Change the diameter of the small pressure chamber to improve the fullness of molten metal; ② Extend the injection time, reduce the injection speed in the first stage, and change the switching point between low-speed and high-speed injection; ③ Reduce the mold temperature and maintain thermal balance; ④ Add an exhaust tank and an overflow tank to fully exhaust and remove oil stains and wastes on the exhaust tank in time; ⑤ Adjust the melting process and carry out degassing treatment; ⑥ Prolonging the mold retention time; ⑦ Reduce the dosage.
